So what I understood from reading the article was that it was a misunderstanding of the law and they ended up applying it to everyone ? This was supposed to be only for those sentenced to life time monitoring. The legislator who co sponsored the bill even said that wasn’t right in doing so, almost like an informal apology? Lol. Yea, I’m sure he cares. pfff!
